InnerSight brings together counsellors with several years of collective corporate work experience and life experience. Each of us have journeyed through several of life’s typical challenges ourselves, sometimes relying on insight and sometimes on counselling to move forward. As a collective of counsellors, we strive to develop and maintain a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship with each other, and the extended fraternity of other counselling & wellness practices, with the primary goal of bringing together the best of our experience into helping our clients make their journey of self-discovery gentle and meaningful.
InnerSight was envisioned in May 2011, and was officially incorporated in September 2012 as "InnerSight Counselling & Training Centre LLP" in Bangalore, India and complies with all legal & taxation regulations applicable.

Partners at InnerSight: Ajanta De & Mahesh Natarajan
Ajanta DAjanta De graduated in Psychology, and worked for over 12 years as a marketing communications specialist, before returning to Counselling as a professionally trained and certified counsellor . She has experience in cross-cultural issues, especially with expatriates in the Indian social environment. Her interests in human behaviour and emotional wellness led her to embark on a career in counselling
Mahesh Natarajan has an MS in Counselling & Psychotherapy, in addition to multiple counselling certifications. Mahesh works with adults, adolescents and couples from diverse backgrounds with a focus on supporting personal growth and nurturing relationships. He is also an author. Before his career as a counsellor, Mahesh worked in IT and Management Consulting, both in India and in many other global locations, and has degrees from BITS, PIlani and FMS, Delhi.

Our extended team
We work with a network of affiliate counsellors in Bangalore and across some of the major cities in India. InnerSight's network of affiliate counsellors, are all trained and certified as counsellors by some of the leading counselling training institutes in India.
