InnerSight has, since 2011, established itself as a group of counsellors with a clear focus on delivering affordable and affirmative counselling for all.

Within our largely Bangalore based practice, we have gained a solid reputation for being ethical, professional and compassionate counsellors. We believe this based on the fact that more than 40% of our clients are referred to us by our earlier clients.

We have begun to develop an affiliate network across other cities, primarily for referral work, and are working towards a larger vision of becoming a true collective of counsellors. We are now inviting conversations with other counsellors and groups of counsellors with whom we can possibly make this vision come true.

What Are we looking for

We are looking to affiliate with individuals and organizations who have similar professional values as ourselves.

InnerSight and its affiliates will typically have:
  • Strong counselling skill orientation, with certifications from a reputed one-year (or more) program on counselling skills
  • A second or tertiary degree in counselling psychology or related disciplines
  • A track record of a minimum of 3+ years of corporate/ NGO or other non-counselling work experience, and 2+ years of counselling work experience
  • A clear commitment to ethical practices of counselling, and the conviction to work with our core vision of affirmative and affordable counselling for all
  • Ability to use internet technology such as calendars, voice/ video/ chat, databases etc.
  • A safe, private and comfortable space in which to meet clients

Where are we looking to grow

We are looking to grow our network of affiliates (both individuals and other similar counselling services firms) in Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, NCR, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune and other areas.
We are also seeking to strengthen our resource bank of referral agencies for supportive functions across the country including support helplines ( suicide prevention, abuse/ violence recovery, child rights etc.), rehabilitation centres, and other wellness agencies. WHat can Affiliates expect

We plan to grow initially as a network of affiliate. During this time, we will offer affiliates the following:
  • Clear and transparent systems & processes, including a simple revenue sharing model
  • On-line/ on-call supervision support
  • Documentation and critical-incident support
  • Cross-referencing and knowledge base support
Our vision in 3-5 years is to become more truly a collective of counsellors with :
  • Wider ownership, and partner-associate models 
  • Technology-leveraged counselling and related services delivery
  • Outreach and community support
  • Larger social impact, especially at times of need such as disaster recovery
