EAP/ Corporate Services 

InnerSight offers affordable counselling and related services to corporates and other organizations.  We focus on enabling organisations who otherwise may not have considered EAP services to offer these services to their staff and their families.  Our EAP clientele are typically between 20 to 20,000 strong, and are based in India in the main metros.   We offer phone/ virtual support in Tier 2 & other areas.​

Inclusion Consulting & POSH/ ICC

We consult with organisations, counselling/ EAP firms, schools, colleges and other spaces on diversity & inclusion, specifically gender & sexuality.
We consult on prevention of sexual harassment & help train Internal Complaints Committees.
